  • Authors in area schools throughout the day
  • 11 am:  Lunch with Cokie Roberts at Holiday Inn*
  • 7 pm:  Dinner with Dave Pelzer at Holiday Inn* (doors open at 6 pm for a book signing)

Saturday, April 17, 2010  

Library 10 am to 4 pm - Book Signings   
101 W. King St. 10 am - Berky Puppets in plaza  
  11:30 am - Children's program with Michael Shoulders  
  12:30 pm - Children's program with Nancy Shaw  
   1:30 pm - Musical performance with Tony Martirano in plaza  
   2 pm - Book signing and presentation with Walter Dean Myers  
     
 Blue Ridge CTC    9 am - Set up Edible Books Contest  
 400 W. Stephen St. 11 am - Judging begins  
  12 pm - Voting for People's Choice  
   1 pm - Awards announced and Chef Roland Mesnier speaks  
     
 Holiday Inn  8 am - Dream Analysis Workshop  
 301 Foxcroft Ave.  9 am - Using Dreamwork Workshop  
   10:15 am - Pastries and Positivity with Barbara Fredrickson  
     
 Apollo Civic Theatre       1 pm - Mary Todd Lincoln portrayed by JoAnn Peterson  
 128 E. Martin St.  2 pm - Jeff Shaara speaking; book signing with Shaara and other historic authors

While you're downtown for the WV Book Faire, be sure to visit the Belle Boyd House & Museum, located at 126 East Race Street.  Tours are available from 10 am to 4 pm.  The Belle Boyd House & Museum has generously supplied World War I and II costumes that will be on display at the Apollo.  Civil War costumes provided by Brier Rose Costuming Studios in Martinsburg, Susie Sayer, Owner/Designer,               (304) 731-8142         (304) 731-8142.
